Crowned Arms of the City of Kiev, society edifice in the background, branch below, legend above. Rev. Seven-line inscription. Diakov -. Extremely rare. Minor edge filing and with some scratches, otherwise, extremely fine.

The engraved legend on the reverse states that the medal had a value of 1,000 roubles and was awarded to the horse Nebesny, born in 1898 in F.A. Tereschenko's stud in Kiev.
